Capital Screeding offer a standard ECO liquid screed, designed to give an extremely smooth and level surface in all types of domestic and commercial buildings.

Our liquid flow screed product can be distributed through one pour point and achieve very accurate levelling tolerances. Our screeding systems cater for different circumstances, for example, it can be laid in a basement, on the ground floor, on a tenth-floor apartment block or on timber and is highly effective when used in conjunction with underfloor heating systems due to it’s inherent thermal conductivity.

Our ECO liquid screed is perfect for using with underfloor heating because it conducts heat even more effectively than traditional screed.

Install rate of up to 200m2 per hour

Eco liquid screed is Environmentally friendly, pump-able, liquid screed up to around 100m. It requires no reinforcement and is fantastically flat.

Drying times for Eco screed is 1mm per day up to 40mm then .5mm per day thereafter. underfloor heating may also be used to help reduce the drying time.
